Who this is for:

This training is for: Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Occupational Therapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, and Movement Practitioners, Strength Coaches, Pilates Teachers, Yoga Therapists, working with any patient population 1-1.Not because they haven’t taken enough courses.

The problem:

You get good results. Most of the time.

But there's a feeling you can't quite shake: like you're missing something. And you are, just not what you think.

Your first instinct is that it's a technique. One more course, one more certification, one more tool in the bag. So you keep taking them. And the results don’t really change much.

Here's what's actually missing: not a technique, an assessment. And not just another assessment, one built on a paradigm most of your education and training never touched.

I used to say this gets you results you can guarantee. I still believe that's true. But I get why it sounds like a stretch, most of the industry has quietly settled for "you can't help everyone," and if you've been trained inside that standard for years, a claim like that can sound like hype.

Here's the actual standard I work from: if a patient isn't getting better, that's not an exception to expect and move past. It's a red flag. Something's being missed, not something to shrug off as "some people just don't respond."

This assessment is what lets you find it.

The Missing Link That Most Professionals Were Never Taught

Most orthopedic training focuses almost entirely on the musculoskeletal system. But the body doesn't prioritize that way. The nervous system and the visceral organs come first, and when the body is protecting one of them, it shows up as joint restrictions, altered motor control, injuries that keep recurring, pain that won't fully resolve.

Until you know what the body's protecting, you're just chasing symptoms.

Any Tool, Any System

Once you know where to start, by listening to the body using this assessment, you'll get results that stick with any tool you already use: manual therapy, massage, dry needling, cupping, exercise, Pilates, neurology-based work, IASTM, taping.

The tool was never the issue. The starting point was.

I've helped thousands of clinicians break that cycle by changing one thing: how they assess. Now it's your turn.

Hey! I’m Anna.

I’m so glad you landed here today! I’m an athletic trainer, sports healthcare and movement educator, anatomy nerd, podcaster, fun aunty, and constant learner based in San Diego, California.

I love lounging in a hammock with a good book (or for a nap), any type of chips and dip, Topo Chico lime, Olipop, or sparkling water, staying active, and asking good questions.

You can usually find me on a plane headed to take care of one of my professional athletes, teaching physical therapists (PTs) and athletic trainers (ATs) in my signature course the LTAP® Level 1, taking care of my house plants, hanging at the beach, or being a volunteer deckhand with Gone Whale Watching (the BEST whale watching company in Southern California, BTW) and trying to live out my wildlife photography dreams.

In my business, MovementREV, LLC, I provide private consulting to professional athletes for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization. I also teach physical therapists and athletic trainers how to get better outcomes, even for complex cases, using my unique methodology combining an osteopathic approach with a traditional orthopedic approach for assessment and treatment (manual and exercise-based) for injuries, pain, and performance.

This approach considers the whole organism- including the viscera and the nervous system, not just the musculoskeletal system and the biomechanics. Better outcomes mean fewer treatment sessions needed, less time spent repeating techniques, and the confidence to guarantee results for their patients and know when there are red flags.
